PRECAUTIONS FOR HEART ATTACK
1:Controll your food
Configure your foodwith reducing fat oriented food items.
2:Do exercises regularly
Put 1/2 hour for exercise and yoga in your routine time table.
3:Reduce Tension
You can reduce your tension by doing regular meditation.
4:Check your heart process regularly by a Cardiologist
5:Use helpful medicine with the knowledge of your doctor.
